Les Apprentis is an organization driven by a profoundly human mission: supporting the social and professional integration of adults living with an intellectual disability. In a context of rapid staff growth and increased visibility, the organization wanted to structure its employer brand to better showcase the career opportunities available internally — opportunities often unknown to the general public.
The project began with a clear objective: highlight the people who carry the mission every day, while identifying the distinctive elements of their organizational culture. To achieve this, the first step involved conducting individual interviews with various team members — frontline staff, managers, and administrative personnel — to better understand internal strengths to showcase, lived values, and the key challenges to address in recruitment, onboarding, and engagement.

These rich and authentic conversations laid the foundation for the employer brand identity, co-created collaboratively and validated by the leadership team. This identity was designed to reflect the kindness, professionalism, and social commitment that define Les Apprentis workplace — while bringing a fresh, dynamic energy to attract new talent.
Once the positioning was defined, a professional photo session and video shoot were organized to capture lively, authentic images featuring real team members and participants in their day-to-day environment. These visual assets then became the core of a series of communication tools designed to support their social media presence, HR internal documents, and overall digital visibility.



Particular attention was given to redesigning the website’s Careers page, now featuring a new visual identity aligned with the employer brand — clearer, more appealing, and better structured to present the work experience, available positions, and organizational values.
Thanks to this process, Les Apprentis were able to position themselves more effectively as a caring, purpose-driven employer, attracting candidates aligned with their mission and supporting stronger employee retention. The project also sparked a strong sense of recognition among staff, who were pleased to see their commitment highlighted in a respectful and inspiring way.
