Pour elles
L’Autre chez-soi, a vital organization offering a safe, confidential and compassionate environment for women experiencing domestic violence and their children, sought to better showcase its mission and its reality as an employer. Although well-known for the quality of its services, the organization remained relatively unseen in the job market, limiting its ability to attract dedicated professionals looking to work in a purpose-driven environment.
In this context, the organization launched a structured employer brand initiative aimed at clarifying its positioning, highlighting its core values, and strengthening recognition of its workplace among talent in the region.

The project began with an internal survey conducted among team members to capture their perceptions of the work environment, the organization’s strengths, and desired improvements. This consultation helped surface meaningful insights, which were later presented transparently to the team during a feedback session—fostering listening, engagement, and renewed momentum around the project.
Building on these learnings, we developed an authentic and unifying visual concept that highlights the organization’s human mission and the real impact of the work carried out by its frontline staff. An employer-brand communication toolkit was also created, featuring visuals tailored for social media, job posting templates, and graphic elements aligned with the organization’s overall brand identity.

A new “Careers” section was also created on the organization’s website, providing a clear space to showcase job opportunities, organizational values, and the benefits of working there. This employer-facing showcase, previously nonexistent, helped structure HR communications and made the organization more visible and accessible to job seekers.
The outcomes were highly positive: increased attractiveness on the local job market, more qualified applicants, and—above all—a stronger sense of engagement from the team, proud to see their work environment valued and recognized. The initiative also enabled leadership to make more informed HR decisions, grounded in a deeper understanding of internal expectations and perceptions.
